Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are generally non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
